The winner of the Under-15 Girls' event at the 2024 Europe Youth Top 10 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland, is Hanka KODETOVA of Czechia. Finishing just below her is Germany’s Koharu ITAGAKI, with the third position occupied by Lisa-Sophie WANG of Germany.

KODETOVA secured her title in dramatic fashion during the final, ninth round, where she handed ITAGAKI her first defeat of the tournament. After seven gruelling games, KODETOVA once again denied ITAGAKI the top prize, mirroring her success from earlier tournaments.

The two-time European Under-15 champion, who claimed titles in Malmö this summer and Gliwice last year, has beaten ITAGAKI in both crucial matches: in the semi-final in Sweden and the final in Poland. Last year, ITAGAKI placed second at the Top 10 in Bucharest, while KODETOVA finished third.

In the CAIIS Sports and Entertainment Hall, KODETOVA's only defeat came at the hands of Romania’s Andreea BAIASU, who entered the competition as a reserve player.

Aside from her silver and bronze medals in singles at the European Youth Championships, ITAGAKI also holds a gold medal in doubles, won with Josephina NEUMANN two years ago in Gliwice.

Lisa-Sophie WANG finished third after losing to both the gold and silver medalists.
