CHUANG Chih-Yuan beat Kaii YOSHIDA the no.24 seed (9:11 11:3 2:11 11:7 11:8 11:6); whilst FAN Zhendong ended the hopes of German qualifier Ruwen FILUS (11:13 11:8 11:7 11:9 11:7).
SHENG Dandan has continued her quite stunning progress in Poland. She booked her place in the semi-finals of the Womenโs Singles event following a dramatic quarter-final victory. SHENG recovered from the very precipice of defeat to overcome compatriot HU Limei the no.23 seed in an all-China duel.
