World Team Classic, to be staged in the Chinese city of Guangzhou from Thursday to Sunday will gather 24 teams in Menโs and Womenโs Event. Europe will have three represents in Menโs and three in Womenโs Event.
Timo BOLL and Dimitrij OVTCHAROV have both withdrawn from the Germany Team, so Bastian STEGER, Patrick BAUM and Patrick FRANZISKA now form the German outfit. They will play in the same Group as Sweden, the team who also had to go through changes.
Fabian AKERSTRรM replaces Pรคr GERELL and lines up alongside Jens LUNDQVIST, Kristian KARLSSON and Mattias KARLSSON. Third team in the Group B is Brazil.
Third European team is Austria. CHEN Weixing, Robert GARDOS, Daniel HABESOHN and Stefan FEGERL will face challenge from the adversaries coming from Korea Republic and United States.

LI Jiao, winner of the Womenโs Singles title at the European Championships in both 2007 in Belgrade and in 2011, will be on duty. She lines up alongside Linda CREEMERS and Britt EERLAND. Natalia PARTYKA, Katarzyna GRZYBOWSKA and Magdalena SZCZERKOWSKA will play for Poland.
Netherlands is in the Group A with China and USA, Poland is in Group B with Singapore and Australia, whilst Germany is with Japan and Brazil.
