Men`s European Champions League Entry forms are available, accompanied by preliminary information for upcoming season. The event is open to any team from top European National Leagues.

The clubs are kindly requested to read the regulations and the directives carefully and fill the forms as accurately as possible. All six names must be entered on the entry form which has to be filled by computer. Dead line is 31st May 2013.
