12-year-old Mima ITO was the hero in Taipei

The last day of 2013 Chinese Taipei Junior & Cadet Open โ€“ Premium Junior Circuit went without any European player. Switzerland`s Colin LANZ didnโ€™t manage to reach second round of doubles event where he played together Chinese Taipei`s HUANG Lien-Chung. They were beaten by host pair HSU Cheng-Chieh and WEN Yi-Cheng 3:0 (11:7, 11:7, 11:6).

The hero of the competition is Japanese Mima ITO, 12, ย who won both girls single`s events. Junior boy champion is host WEN Wei-Chieh. The best cadet boy is Ryotario OGATA who showed impressive skills in the final, losing just 13 points against host CHIH Mao-Cheng.
