Luxembourg’s Top Table Tennis Players Vie for National Championship Titles

Luxembourg’s top players will compete this weekend at the Foyer National Championships at the Gymnase der Coque to determine the 2024 national champions in men’s and women’s singles and doubles.

Behind them promising young talents like Loris STEPHANY (Diddeleng) Tom SCHOLTES (Berbuerg) Gene WANTZ (Recken) and Aaron SAHR (Lénger) are poised to seize their opportunity having all demonstrated their skills in the AUDI League. Last year’s women’s finalist Enisa SADIKOVIC (Nidderkäerjeng) is expected to be the defending champion’s main rival.

Sarah De NUTTE (Diddeleng) and Luka MLADENOVIC (Berbuerg) have opted not to participate in order to focus on collecting crucial world ranking points for a potential qualification for the Paris Olympic Games at the two WTT feeder tournaments in Beirut (March 19-24).

On Saturday March 23rd the men’s qualifying groups (Category A) will take place starting from 12:30 pm.
