At the European Youth Championships in Malmö Romania and Poland led the medals table each securing 11 medals overall.
Romania topped the chart with the highest number of gold medals while Poland matched them in the total medal count.
Ukraine and Italy also performed impressively each securing two gold medals. France despite having only one gold amassed a total of ten medals.
