Borussia Dusseldorf travels to Croatia

Table Tennis Champions League Round 4 (Oct 30-Nov 1)

The 2019/20 TTCLM Round 4 will be held from this Wednesday to Friday (Oct 30-Nov 1) as TTCLM record-holder 11-time winner Borussia Dusseldorf travels to Croatia to play against debutant STK Starr Croatia. These two teams met five days ago in Germany when no.2 seed won 3:0 in Group D Round 3.

After 3:1 loss last Friday in Portugal French club GV Hennebont TT hosts Sporting Clube De Portugal determined to win and keep chances for the quarter-finals. Quadri ARUNA was man of the match five days ago but Cedric NUYTINCK and his teammates believe in their strength on home soil.

Reigning TTCLM champion Fakel Gazprom Orenburg plays for its fourth win in a row against Leka Enea in Spain while another Group A match will take a place in Germany between Post SV Mühlhausen 1951 e.V. and VS Angers TT. French team beat Mühlhausen 3:1 thanks to Jens LUNDQVIST who overcame both Lubomir JANCARIK and Steffen MENGEL. German team has to win in order to stay on the way to the quarter-finals.

Current TTCLM runner-up UMMC welcomes SPG Walter Wels seeking second win in six days against Austrian side. Second clash in Group C will be held between Ostrava and Roskilde. Czech side plays for its very first win while Danish team (1-2) has no right to make mistake after unexpected defeat against Walter Wels in the Round 1.

Bogoria Grodzisk Mazowiecki made a big step toward quarter-finals by beating away Club Villeneuvois. Nevertheless Polish team needs another victory in order to secure at least second spot of Group C.
