FIBRAIN KU AZS POLITECHNIKA Rzeszów advances to Europe Cup women quarterfinals

In Stage 3 of the Europe Cup Women, Polish club FIBRAIN KU AZS POLITECHNIKA RZESZÓW secured their second victory in two legs, earning a spot in the quarterfinals. They will now be joined by the Champions League teams that finished third in the group stage.

After claiming a 3-1 victory in France, Zuzanna WIELGOS, Yerin KIM, and Katarzyna GRZYBOWSKA-FRANC repeated the same scoreline on home soil. The only change in the lineup was Yerin KIM replacing Fen LI.

On the visiting side, Lilou MASSART managed to secure one match win, but Margo DEGRAEF, Filippa BERGAND, and Shuohan MEN were unable to add to their team’s score.

With two consecutive victories, FIBRAIN KU AZS POLITECHNIKA RZESZÓW confidently moves forward in the Europe Cup Women, keeping their hopes alive for a deep run in the competition.
