Piotr SKIERSKI, former Polish national player and coach conducted a para table tennis course and training camp for the best cadet and junior player, from the 22 – 28th of June, in Dublin, Ireland.

In the first two days during the course were present 10 coaches including wheelchairs Paralympics players from London. This was the first step that Irish association made, after 19 June 2013, the ITTA was formally ratified as a member of Paralympics Ireland. Participants of the course were all eager to learn and they expect more of such meetings in the future.

25 athletes from all over Ireland participated in the training camp. Piotr SKIERSKI with the help of Irish national coach John Murphy worked with these young players like professionals.

“All these days they trained 100 percent and never complained that they were tired, even though some of them had never in their life worked so hard. The only thing that worried them was that they did not have the same level of training during the entire year,” said Piotr SKIERSKI.
