LOVAS the key of Szekszard’s win

Just one of two favorites was successful tonight in Round 4 games of 2014/15 Women`s European Champions League. Reigning champion Berlin Eastside was ruthless against Postas giving just two sets to its opponent while last season`s semi-finalist and 2012 ETTU Cup runner-up Zamek Tarnobrzeg was beaten in five matches by Szekszard.

German club again defeated Postas 3:0 this time in Budapest. Irina PALINA`s team overcame same rival in opening round held in Berlin. Georgina POTA announced comfortable win for his side beating Rita KERTAI in straight games.

SHAN Xiaona increased Berlin`s lead playing four sets against LI Jiao. Host who took two WECL titles with Dutch Heerlen easily lost first two sets and the forth one. SHAN confirmed why she is considered as one of the best players in the competition in last two seasons.

Petrissa SOLJA improved his group stage score on 4-0. She beat Krisztina AMBRUS in straight games.

Regarding Group B game Szekszard achieved very important victory against Zamek. Now both sides have two wins each.

The 2013 individual European champion LI Fen brought two points to Hungarian club beating Natalia PARTYKA and HAN Ying. The last and decisive point came from Petra LOVAS who saved two match balls against PARTYKA. Host was two sets down but showed how she is mentally strong saving two match balls.
