Belarus beat Russia for a second time in the ITTF-European Championships Teams

Once again Belarus prevailed against Russia in the first phase of the ITTF-European Championships Teams. In February in the opening match Belarus needed only three matches in Russia but tonight they were stretched to full distance.

Yana NOSKOVA proved too strong for both Marharyta BALTUSHITE and Nadezhda BOGDANOVA but two matches were not enough. Belarus showed they had a stronger team led by Viktoria PAVLOVICH.

So far both Russia and Belarus suffered by the hands players from Sweden.
